The Aurora Central Catholic Football program, will once again welcome Youth Football Coaches from around the Chicagoland area for the ’4th Annual Aurora Central Catholic Youth Football Coaches Clinic’ to be held on Saturday, February 4th, 2012 at ACC.
Attendees will receive instruction from some of the top area high school and college coaches, learn drills and techniques specific for youth football, and get offensive and defensive fundamental concepts.
“We are excited about the opportunity to put on this event once again at ACC,” Head Coach Brian Casey said. “It is a lot of fun to interact with youth coaches. We have had great turnout and feedback each of the last three years, and are looking forward to another successful clinic.”
The Clinic will begin at 9:00 a.m., and will include breakout sessions, questions and answer sessions, lunch, and more. While the complete speaker list is still being finalized, the keynote speaker has been confirmed. Montini Catholic head football coach Chris
Montini Catholic Head Coach Chris Andriano will serve as the Keynote Speaker. Andriano has led Montini to three consecutive IHSA Class 5A State Championships, and four titles total in his 33 year career.
Andriano will serve as the keynote speaker for the event. Andriano, an IHSFCA Hall of Fame coach, just completed his 33rd year as the Broncos head coach. Under Andriano, Montini has qualified for the IHSA State Playoffs each of the last 19 years, and have won 4 IHSA State Championships, including each of the last three Class 5A Titles.
“We are committed to having some of the very best area coaches speak at our clinic,” Casey said. “Coach Andriano is arguably the best high school football coach currently in the state of Illinois, and we are honored to have him be our keynote speaker, he will have a lot of experiences and information to share to our attendees.”
The cost of the clinic is $25, and will include a lunch. While registration will be taken at the door, pre-registration is encouraged.
