For the third year in a row, the Aurora Central Catholic Football program is inviting all ACC Alumni football players to create the pre-game tunnel for the Chargers first Varsity home game, this Friday night against Rockford Lutheran.
Former players are asked to congregate at the southwest field entrance gate with 2 minutes remaining in the sophomore game.
“We started this tradition three years ago,” Head Coach Brian Casey said. “Last year we had a bunch of guys here, I think our kids were excited when they took the field. This year, we are hoping there will be a lot of alumni excited about the football team we have, we look forward to seeing those old players on Friday and getting back on the field and continuing the ACC tradition.”
Varsity kickoff is scheduled for 7:30 p.m.
